I was in radio for a really long time (that's when I did the legal name-change), did CHR, Rock, Adult Contemporary, Country and lots of sneaky alternative stuff. Also did a stint in music retail management with Turtles' and Camelot. Now radio is automated and over anyway I am a freelance music writer/publicist, also produce podcasts and do voiceovers mostly for adult alternative and indie musicians. Was doing internet radio. again adult-alt but royalties were killing us..but we'll be back- that situations gotta change! My big thing is rescing adults from the nostalgia trap by turning them on to all the awesome new music that is by and for grownups! In the late 80s a listener dragged me to her dance aerobics class and I got hooked. I started teaching 10 years ago. My first love is Zumba, then any dance fitness especially with drumming, I also teach kickbox, boot camp, BOSU, step, and weight training.
